Orders

  • I placed an order after 5:30pm Monday through Friday i want a update?

  • Any orders placed after 5:30 pm Monday through Friday will not have any available information until the next morning.
  • I placed an order on the weekend I want to know what’s going on with my order?

  • Any orders placed after 5:30pm Friday won’t have any available information until the following Monday after Noon.
  • I placed an order online. What now?

  • When your order is placed on the website it’s automatically sent to the warehouse for inventory check.
  • How long does the inventory check take for wheels?

  • If you ordered wheels, whether it’s 1 wheel or 4 wheels, you will know by email, text or phone call if that wheel is in stock the same day.
  • How long does the inventory check take for center caps?

  • If you ordered center caps or inserts you will know if it’s available with in 24 to 48 hours.
  • Inventory check has been done but more information is needed. What now?

  • When your order is sent to the warehouse if it’s kicked back to us for any reason like part numbers or more specifics you will be emailed the same day.
  • Some reasons why your order was kicked back.

  • Your replacing 1 wheel but that wheel was made in multiple offsets so we need you to check your current offset so that it’s matched up correctly.
  • The center cap you ordered was made in different versions so we need the part number off the back of the cap.
  • Please use a email address that you actually check because if we need to contact it will be through email first.
  • I got a email stating that the item is back ordered. What now?

  • If you received an email stating that the item is back ordered it will take a minimum of 45 days for it to come back in stock. You won’t be charged and you will receive an email when it’s
    available. Even when the item becomes available you won’t be billed until we have your approval.
  • Shipping

  • How are the products shipped?

  • We only offer FedEx ground or ups ground service. We don’t offer anything faster than ground service.
  • How long does the ground shipping take?

  • Ground shipping usually takes 4 days not including the weekends.
  • How can i track my package?

  • If you order 1 wheel or 4 wheels your tracking will be available within 24 hours of the day it shipped. When it comes to center caps and inserts the tracking will be sent between 24 to 48 hours.
  • Why does tracking for center caps and inserts take so long?

  • It takes longer because unlike wheels, center caps can show they’re in stock but not always show which warehouse.
  • Billing

  • What forms of payments are accepted?

  • We accept credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal. Amazon checkout coming soon.
  • How can i pay?

  • You use either service listed above on the website when you get to the final step of the checkout.
  • How fast are payments processed?

  • We don’t bill any customer until we know for sure the item is in stock and is being shipped.
  • If the item isn’t in stock and you paid with credit/debit card you won’t be billed at all. Even though you went through the whole checkout process online.
  • I paid with PayPal how is the payment handled than?

  • If you paid with PayPal your payment will be voided the same day.
  • What if Credit/Debit card declined?

  • If you paid with a credit/debit card and the card is declined you will automatically be emailed an invoice to complete the order.
    Credit/Debit cards are only attempted to be ran twice after that we won’t try any more unless authorized by the customer.
  • Inventory

  • How does your inventory work cause everything on the website shows in stock?

  • Everything on the website shows in stock. We still have to check inventory. We have over 75 different brands listed on the website, that’s over 10,000 different wheels. Housed by different manufacturers and dealers across 40 warehouses. Inventory changes everyday so marking every wheel or center cap in or out of stock everyday is impossible.
  • I called and I was told an item was back ordered now what?

  • Any item that is back ordered will take a minimum of 45 days to come back in stock. It can always be longer.
  • Wheels

  • I ordered wheels, now what?

  • Once we receive the order we will check availability of the wheels and we also check fitment to make sure the wheels will work on the vehicle.
  • I ordered just 1 wheel and now i got an email about the offset, Why?

  • If you’re ordering just 1 wheel for replacement for example if the warehouse has confirmed that wheel came in multiple offsets you will be emailed for the offset number.
  • How do i find the offset?

  • I need to replace a wheel but i don’t know the name what can i do?
  • You will have to send us a picture of the whole wheel and we can see if we can ID the wheel.

  • The offset can be found by looking directly on the back of the wheel and it will say ET then the number. (All wheel shipments will require a signature required.)
  • Wheel and Tire Packages

  • Do you offer wheels and tire packages?

  • We do offer wheel and tire packages but that is only available if the location where the wheel is being housed has tires available not all warehouse locations carry tires. You can call
    us and we can tell you if they do.
  • Center Caps

  • What comes with the center caps i ordered?

  • We only guarantee the center cap we don’t guarantee the screws.
  • What about the screw?

  • We don’t sell any screws for any center cap separately.
  • If the screws are available they’re automatically included for free only if available at time of shipping.
  • What is the screw measurements? Can you check if you have the screw in stock?

  • Please don’t call us for screw measurements or specifically asking if a screw is available for a certain cap. (We don’t have any of that information.)
  • Where can i found the screws?

  • Most and all screws can be found at ace hardware locations. I take the screw off from one of your current center caps and take it to ACE Hardware, Home Depot or Lowes
    and you’ll most likely find the screw there.
  • What is the measurements of the center cap?

  • Sorry we don’t know any exact measurements of any of the caps we sell. Our system is set up to narrow down the correct center cap based off brand, model, size and finish, not measurements.
  • I have a center cap part number but don’t know what brand it is?

  • You can email us a full picture of the wheel and we can see if we can ID the wheel for you.
  • I ordered a center cap now they asking me for the part number. Why?

  • Different manufacturers over time change the specs to their center caps without changing anything else about the wheel. if that is the case you will get a email asking for the part
    number off the back of your center cap.
  • I ordered 4 center caps. Now they want a picture of the wheel. Why?

  • If you are ordering 4 or more center caps you may be required to send in a picture of the wheel. Why? Because we have a lot of customers who buy wheels off of ebay, craigslist, or off the street with no center caps on them. Now there are searching for a wheel that looks similar to there’s hoping the center caps will fit. With picture proof we know for sure that your ordering the correct center caps for the right wheels. Knowing at least the brand name helps alot as well but some times the brand name is only listed on the front of the center caps.
  • I ordered a center cap and it was the wrong one. What do i do?

  • You received the wrong center cap, if it was our fault or yours a picture is required of the center cap you received and of your original center cap. Before a another center cap is shipped the warehouse will review those pictures. After a determination is made the correct center cap is either shipped to you or you will be given return directions and be issued a refund.
  • I ordered the wrong center cap. What do i do now?

  • If you ordered the wrong center cap a picture of what you received and of your original is required. If we have the correct one in stock it will be shipped. IF we don’t have the correct center cap you will have to pay to ship the item back.
  • I ordered the center cap over 30 days ago, can i return it?

  • Sorry we don’t accept any center cap returns after 30 days from the day it was delivered.
  • I brought wheels off craigslist, ebay or the street but I have none of the center caps. What can be done?

  • Figuring out which wheel you have is key so knowing at least the brand name is important. Alot of manufacturers copy each others wheel designs. So just because it looks the same doesn’t mean it is the correct cap. All it takes is a slight difference and the cap won’t fit.
  • I brought 4 center caps but i got an email saying they will only bill and ship 1 first Why?

  • This rule was put in place because of the high number of returns we have gotten. Most manufacturers only put the name of their wheels on the center cap. So if the customer is missing all 4 center caps. We try our best to ID the wheel and match it with the correct center cap. But alot of manufacturers copy each others models so just cause it looks similar doesn’t means it’s that exact wheel. We rather ship 1 center cap and make sure it works and than ship the other 3. Instead of shipping 4 and it doesn’t work and now we have to setup a return for all 4 center caps.
  • Inserts

  • The insert price on the website comes with how many inserts?

  • Inserts across all brands are only sold in sets, 1 set per wheel excluding only the Diablo Elite Wheel.
  • Do inserts comes with screws?

  • Inserts will automatically come with screws when sold in sets only.
  • I got a email for my insert part number, Why?

  • Some inserts will require providing the part number off the back of your current insert. If that is the case, you will be emailed for that information.
  • I ordered an insert and it was the wrong one. What do i do?

  • You received the wrong insert if it was our fault or yours a picture is required of the insert you retrieved and of your original insert. Before a another insert is shipped the warehouse will review those pictures. After a determination is made the correct insert is either shipped or you will be given return directions and issued a refund.
  • I ordered the wrong insert. What do i do now?

  • If you ordered the wrong insert a picture of what you received and of your original is required. If we have the correct one in stock it will be shipped. IF we don’t have the correct insert you have to pay to ship the item back. Than you will be issued a refund.
  • I ordered the inserts over 30 days ago, can i return it?
